Have you ever felt like your friends are toy soldiers.
As we rushed to the hospital my eyes were bursting of tears. "
BOOM"! The news hit me like that and my 10 year old heart was broken.
That devastating day was one of the worst of my life. That guy was quick on the trigger, she didnt even have a chance. It all started on a warm Philadelphia day. Me and my bestfriend Aalaiza was visting my sweet and wonderful grandma Mimi. When we stepped into my grams house it smelled like the delicous smell of her million dollar apple pie. "Grandma Mimi we're here," I hollered. "Eric and Aalaiza good to see my two precious children", said Mimi. Would you kids like some pie", she said.
"Yes grams," we said. we stepped into her beautiful kitchen corageous to eat the pie. there we go enoying the delightful pie while my grandma kept babbling about how she witness alot of civil events. Hey don't get me wrong some were intresting, she even met MLK, But long after that we've finish our pie. Then my Pops (grandpa) came down to get some pie. See my Pops was a different type of odd guy, he thought different, do things different, even dress different and thats what I liked about him.
"Hey and ladies and Gentleman what you cool cats doing",he said. "Nothing", we said. " Hey why don't yall run to the store for me", he asked. "Okay", we said nicely. We got our stuff and dashed out the door. The store was pretty far from the house. I was daydreaming while Aalaiza was talking to her mom on the phone.
When she hung up we saw some dude running down street in all black clothes. He brushed pass her and she got furious, "WATCH WERE YOUR GOING STUPID!!!", she yelled. Then all of a sudden POW POW POW!!! He shot her and I was horrified of the scene that appeared before my eyes. When I looked he fleed down the old cracked street. Tears just streaming down my eyes and then I yelped for help. No one answered so I picked her up and sped down the street with her. Finally, we hit my grandparents house and we rushed to the hospital.
"Please stay alive Aalaiza please", I said sadly. We were going as fast as a Camaro in our car and BAM! we were there. We got in there moreover then all these nurses also doctors came and put her on a stretcher. We sat in the waiting room with crying with waterfalls of tears. My grandpa was even crying and he not much of a cryer. It was a hour of sadness and my mom, her mom and dad showed. They all brokedown crying hoping she was okay.
Every minute the crying got intense and we were screaming for her to be okay. The doctor came out said, "I'm so sorry she have passed". "NOOOOOO SHE CAN'T BE GONE!!!", I bawled. Then we all screamed from the top of our lungs. That day was sad too sad. On her funeral day my grandpa did something to me what I thought he never do, he hugged me. Thats a memory I would never forget.

You will be forever missed
Therefore, I learned that people gotta die on day whether there your friend, bestfriend or family. That June 4th, 2007 was one of the saddest days of my life. I had dreams that she was still alive and we were having so much fun. If only dreams were true.

Football its a hard hitting physical sport. Some people play for the money, Some play for the love of the game and etc. I love football I wouldn't wanna play for the money. I would just play for the love of the game. But today I'm not writing why football is the best sport. I'm not writing why I love the sport so much oh no I'm about something much better. I'm writing about the Pittsburgh Steelers and why their the best franchise in the history of the NFL. They got the most Super Bowls (6), the Steelers got the best fans, and they always have best defense.
The Steelers got more Super Bowls than any team in NFL history. I'm gonna tell you the stats of 2 our best Super Bowls. Super Bowl X the Steelers second straight Super Bowl. In that game Lynn Swann had the MVP Performance. The defense was really aggressive against that Dallas offense in the fourth Quarter. Somewhere in the fourth Quarter Terry Bradshaw threw a Sixty-Four yard bomb to Lynn Swann but they missed the field goal. Later on in the Quarter Harrison got the game winning safety. Super Bowl XIII Terry Bradshaw passed for 318 yards and 4 Touchdowns and voted Most Valuable Player. The Cowboys scored twice before intermission on a Roger Staubach 39-yard TD pass to the Tony Hill and a 37-yard fumble return by linebacker Mike Hegman who stole the ball from Terry Bradshaw. Franco Harris rumbled bumbled 22 yards up the middle to give the Steelers a 28-17 lead with 7:10 left. Pittsburgh got the ball right back when Randy White fumbled the kickoff and Dennis Winston recovered for the Steelers. On first down, Bradshaw fired his fourth touchdown pass, an 18-yard pass to Lynn Swann to boost the Steelers' lead to 35-17 with 6:51 to play. The Cowboys refused to let the Steelers take another opportunity with the contest. Staubach connected with Billy Joe DuPree on a 7-yard scoring pass with 2:23 left. Then the Cowboys recovered an onside kick and Staubach took them in for another score, passing four yards to Butch Johnson with 22 seconds remaining. Bleier recovered another onside kick with 17 seconds left to seal the victory for the Steelers.
The Steelers are the best franchise because they got the best defense all the time. In the final nine games of the 1976 NFL season, the Pittsburgh Steelers allowed just 28 total points (an average of 3.11 points per game). In the five seasons from 1972 to 1976, the Defensive Player of the Year went to a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers four times; Joe Greene twice, Mel Blount, and Jack Lambert. Each time we went to the super bowl we had the #1 defense. The golden era for the Steelers was their four Super Bowl wins from the mid 1970s with a team built on the formidable defense that became known as 'The Steel Curtain'.
The Steelers are the best franchise in history because they got the best fans.As a native Pittsburgher that has traveled across the globe only to find a Steeler bar in Switzerland, Italy to Fort Lauderdale, Dallas and back to Pittsburgh, I would say Pittsburghers love their football but not as much as we love what it stands for.The Steelers play at Heinz Field but their fans, known as 'The Steeler Nation', are among the most loyal in the NFL because they regularly travel long distances in the cold of winter to watch their away games.
